Winemaking

Red wine produced from Tempranillo grapes from our own vineyards. The grapes are picked at an optimum maturity level. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels under controlled temperature processes.

Tasting notes

Cherry red colour with violet hues. Intensely fruity with ripe red-fruit and blackberry aromas. Delicate and elegant. Full-bodied and balanced in the mouth with a fresh mouth-feel. Its characteristics are emphasised by gentle tannins.

Serving advice

We recommend serving at 14-16ºC with cheese and tapas, cold meats and appetizers as well as with light meat dishes.
