Rosé wine from own vineyards. The elaboration is made from selected grapes in the field. After a slight crushing and cold maceration, it is decanted in order to obtain the maximum aromas of the wine and then the must passes to a tank. Once this process is completed, the temperature is raised to 17 ° C and the alcoholic fermentation begins, through which the maximum varietal aromas of the grape develop.
Fase visual: Brillante rosa cereza.
Fase olfativa: Intensidad alta, muy afrutado, fresa y cerezas rojas.
Fase gustativa: Ataque muy aromático, acidez bien equilibrada con carácter frutal.
Pescados, mariscos, arroces y pasta.
